Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking experienced Lead Caregivers in the Seattle area. A valid CNA or HCA license, WA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance in your name are required. Lead Caregivers will fill in for critical shifts, train new caregivers, and travel to clients within a 30-mile radius.

Open availability and ability to handle short-notice assignments are essential. This role offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA certification.
• WA state driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.
• Open availability and able to travel within 30 miles of home.
• Experience with Hoyer lift and with all levels of care.
• Must be a driver.

Responsibilities

• Lead Caregivers support critical shifts, fill-ins, and training.
• Be available on short notice within assigned times and coverage area.
• Travel within 30-mile radius to serve FRHC clients.
• Provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living.
