Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Washington State is seeking a Lead Caregiver who can fill shifts, train new caregivers, and cover for vacancies on short notice. You will work within a 15-mile radius of your home across FRHC branches, supporting clients with daily living activities and companionship.

The role emphasizes reliable scheduling, hands-on training, travel time pay, and ongoing orientation. Previous home care experience and active NAC/CNA or HCA license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid NAC/CNA or HCA license
• One year experience in home care, AFH, hospital or nursing home setting
• Ability to lift to 50lbs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Smartphone with AxisCare app usage

Responsibilities

• Help clients with activities of daily living (household chores, cooking, bathing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities/hobbies
• Transport clients to errands/appointments in your car
• Assist with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitor and report client condition
