Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Lead Caregiver in Findlay, Ohio. You will lead shift assignments, support the caregiving team, and ensure high-quality resident care with adherence to plans and safety standards.

Role requires a high school diploma and relevant certifications; you will mentor teammates and promote compassionate service, while maintaining professional and accountable leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision-making skills expected.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance and smooth shift transitions.
