Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Dublin, OH. You will act as shift leader, ensure high-quality resident care, and mentor the caregiving team while maintaining professional standards.

You will coach staff, review care plans, and support onboarding. The role requires strong communication and decision-making, with CPR/First Aid and medications administration credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications preferred/required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP and care plans.
