Sunrise Senior Living in Cary, NC seeks a Lead Caregiver to act as shift leader, ensuring high-quality resident care while coaching the caregiving team. The role focuses on maintaining compassionate service and operational excellence.

You will lead shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, mentor staff, review charting, and promote safety and compliance in a supportive, professional environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 18+.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
