Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking a Lead Home Care Professional to supervise caregivers, coordinate client needs, and contribute to a growing Tampa Bay team. You will report to Care Coordinators and help grow the business through training and a collaborative environment, with opportunities for advancement and growth.

Compensation includes competitive pay ($18-$22/hour), on-call and overtime pay, bonus structure, W2 employment, direct deposit, and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience or HHA certification.
• Greater than 3 years experience as a professional caregiver.
• CPR certification (up to date).
• Level 2 Background screening for AHCA roster.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be flexible and cover a variety of cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor caregivers and other team members.
• Provide exceptional caregiving to clients and build relationships with clients and families.
• Coordinate client care with Care Coordinators and cover a variety of shifts.
• Take initiative and find solutions to issues that arise in care delivery.

Qualifications and Duties:

• Caregiver experience or HHA certification (can be newly certified or without certification).
• Greater than 3-years experience as a professional caregiver
• CPR certification (up to date)
