Your duties include covering caregiver callouts, providing rapid response care, supervising visits, training staff, meeting new clients, updating care plans, and ensuring our care standards are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cover caregiver callouts when needed.
• Provide rapid response care for urgent needs.

• Ensure home care standards are followed.
• Communicate changes to the Client Services team.
