You will lead shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards, review charting for ISP alignment, monitor resident changes, and mentor new team members while promoting safety and compliant care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments and manage attendance and coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
