Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking caregivers to provide essential personal care and support in a welcoming senior living community. The role emphasizes dignity, companionship, and teamwork to ensure residents receive quality care.

Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour based on experience, with a growth program to increase earnings. Benefits begin after start, and a supportive team environment is offered with holidays, PTO, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems.
• Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility with hours/shift schedules and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care.
• Completes thorough daily charting.
• Works well with a team to provide a caring environment.
