Job summary

The Waters is a care community seeking caring aides to provide personal care services for residents. Duties include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities, plus charting and teamwork to maintain a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn EHR systems.
• Compassion for hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated.
• Assist residents in dining
• Provides homemaking tasks
• Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or recommendations for changes to the resident plan of care
• Completes thorough daily charting
• Works well with a team to provide a caring environment
• Block schedules — you'll know what to expect!
• Increase your pay with the growth program and engage with residents and families during interviews and tours.
