Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking compassionate nursing/resident assistant staff for a welcoming senior community conveniently located on the bus line. The role offers a pay rate of 19/hour to 24/hour based on experience and an opportunity to increase pay through our growth program.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated
• Assist residents in dining
• Provides homemaking tasks
• Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care
• Completes thorough daily charting
• Works well with a team to provide a caring environment
