Job summary

The Waters in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining. You will contribute to a warm, caring team and follow care plans with accurate documentation.

This role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and flexibility with shifts, and offers a growth program, paid holidays, and benefits as part of a supportive employer.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care.
• Completes thorough daily charting.
• Works well with a team to provide a caring environment.
