Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team across Tennessee. We provide in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, including private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants.

We offer diverse scheduling options—full-time and part-time—with weekly pay and growth opportunities as our company expands. A supportive scheduling team and a strong office backbone back your daily success.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.

WHAT WE OFFER
