Family Resource Home Care is seeking an experienced Lead Caregiver to support our caregiving team across Oregon service areas, including Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon. This role focuses on guiding new caregivers, covering critical shifts, and training while delivering high-quality home care.

You must have open availability, be willing to work 40 hours per week, and help coordinate client needs with compassion and professionalism. Weekly pay and supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• Open availability to cover critical shifts and travel between service areas.
• Willingness to work across Corvallis, Albany and Lebanon service areas.
• Tech-savvy with app clock-in/clock-out, email and texting.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living.
• Assist with household tasks and companionship.
• Transport clients in your vehicle when needed.
• Provide reliable coverage for lead caregiver shifts and training.
