Job summary

Lead Female Caregiver role with hands-on assistance, driving required; flexible schedule and ability to work with clients, including men, women, and animals. Training paid if needed, and adherence to high care standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move patients and use proper body mechanics.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting).
• Assist with IADLs (shopping, housekeeping, meal prep, medication management).
• Follow each client's Care Plan and ensure safety and comfort.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care and clear communication with clients and families.
• Support clients in daily routines and promote independence.
