Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Cary seeks a Lead Caregiver to join our Community Care team. You’ll provide hands-on care and companionship across multiple clients in a beautiful community setting, supporting and guiding fellow caregivers as needed.

In this role, you’ll receive a competitive $17–$19/hour wage, bonus opportunities, and on-call pay. Scrubs are provided, with a dynamic, energetic team and meaningful, dependable care across a variety of client needs.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, senior living, or a similar healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and companionship
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Supporting multiple clients with different care needs
• Stepping in when additional caregiver coverage is needed
• Communicating client updates to our care coordination team
• Participating in the on-call rotation
