We are seeking a Caregiver Lead to join our team who is able to remain professional in ALL scenarios. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include on-call schedule, starting cases, changes/updates to plan of care to the Care Manager, introducing permanent caregivers to clients/family members, family/client complaints or concerns, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, completes home safety assessment and conducts quality assurance visits. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and reliable.
