Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience, with leadership or mentoring preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Maintain flexible availability to cover open shifts, last-minute assignments, and emergency staffing.
• Be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
• Travel to multiple client locations within the service area.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans in line with agency standards.
• Conduct client visits to evaluate care needs and quality of service.
• Mentor and train new caregivers to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Provide coaching and ongoing support to caregivers to promote best practices.
