Job summary

Caring Senior Service in West Houston is seeking a confident, compassionate Care Manager to lead our caregivers, support clients and families, and ensure exceptional care is delivered every day.

This leadership role goes beyond scheduling. You will recruit and coach the team, manage client onboarding and communication, and own caregiver scheduling to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality home care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Problem-solver who takes ownership
• Healthcare or senior-care experience preferred, not required
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• Valid driver’s license + insured vehicle
• Ability to pass background and registry checks

Responsibilities

• Lead the Care Team by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining caregivers.
• Manage client care by onboarding new clients, communicating with families, and addressing concerns.
• Own scheduling by managing caregiver schedules, covering shifts, and matching caregivers to clients.
• Lead From the Front by providing companionship or ADL support when needed.
