What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional care – assist with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship.
Step in when needed – cover open shifts due to caregiver absences.
Support new clients – ensure timely care for new cases until a dedicated caregiver is assigned.
Train & mentor – guide new team members with hands-on training and support.
Travel within our service area – serve clients in Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Neenah, Appleton, and Sheboygan (reliable transportation required).
Collaborate with leadership – work with the CEO and Director of Community Relations on scheduling and care coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
A dedicated, compassionate caregiver with experience in personal care, companionship, and household assistance.
A strong leader who can step in when needed and provide guidance to others.
A flexible and reliable professional who is willing to travel within our service areas.
Someone committed to accepting shifts on agreed-upon days to maintain guaranteed hours.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
