Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to act as shift leader, ensuring consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team. You will oversee shift coverage, mentor staff, and promote high-quality service for residents.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to Individualized Service Plans, and seamless transitions between shifts. Required are a HS diploma, CPR/First Aid/Meds certs, and senior-care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
