Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in mentoring, coaching, career services, health professions, natural sciences profession, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience leading groups, workshops, and delivering presentations.
• Exceptional resume writing, interviewing, and job search skills.
• Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment. Travel including overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee career coaching initiatives and leadership for the CNS department.
• Advise and assist students on career paths, job search, and salary information.
• Participate in development and facilitation of internship and career courses.
• Collaborate with CNS staff to integrate career services into the college.
• Collect and analyze outcomes data to report on program effectiveness.
