Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of mentoring, coaching, or career services experience.
• Experience leading groups, workshops, and delivering presentations.
• Occasional travel and some evenings/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee career coaching initiatives and supervise a team.
• Advise students on career paths, labor market data, and resume skills.
• Develop courses and facilitate workshops for CNS students.
