Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a similar field.
• CNA or HHA certification when applicable.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Flexibility to work with varying home environments.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Availability to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for any Care Pro call outs, missed shifts or immediate needs.
• Ensure Care Plan is correct and communicate changes to maximize client satisfaction.
• Train and engage new Care Pros with clients.
• Quality Assurance Visits with clients to maintain care quality.
• Train and onboard new Care Pros with hands-on caregiving.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly, with possible flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for any Care Pro call outs, missed shifts or immediate needs
• Ensure Care Plan is correct and make any changes needed to ensure highest level of client satisfaction + communicate any changes to the office
• Train and engage new Care Pros with clients
• Quality Assurance Visits with clients to maintain quality client care and Care Pro experience
• Train and onboard new Care Pros with a hands on, practical approach to Care Giving

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a similar field (preferred)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (when applicable)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Rigid Flexibility and adaptability to work with clients in varying home environments
• Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Availability to work some weekends and holidays
