Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and ensure consistent resident care while coaching the caregiving team. You will lead shift assignments, monitor coverage, and support onboarding, delivering compassionate service.

You will train caregivers on quality, hospitality, and proper documentation, review charting for ISP alignment, and promote safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and applicants must be 18+.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid are expected.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
