Sunrise Senior Living in New York, NY is seeking a Lead Care Manager who will serve as shift leader and coach the caregiving team. You will ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining strong documentation and service standards.

You will supervise coverage, participate in onboarding, and model professionalism and compassionate service for a diverse resident population. This role offers growth and a stable, supportive work environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED required; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills

Responsabilidades
