Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Metairie, LA is seeking a Lead Caregiver to guide the caregiving team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will lead shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, coach teammates, and monitor charts and ISP alignment.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certs, strong communication and decision-making skills, and experience in assisted living or memory care.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
