• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Consultant Care/HR Operations with consultant or contingent worker populations.
• Ability to independently manage complex consultant and employment-related matters with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full range of Consultant Care activities across employment lifecycle, including complex matters.
• Own matters from identification to resolution, coordinating with partners for timely follow-up.
• Provide guidance on Consultant Care processes, policies, and practices to consultants and partners.
