Job description

Infotree Global is seeking a Lead Consultant Care Specialist to join our Consultant Care team. This role is designed for a highly experienced Consultant Care professional who consistently demonstrates a high degree of independence, sound judgment, subject-matter expertise, and ownership in managing complex consultant and employment-related matters.

In addition to independently managing the full range of Consultant Care responsibilities, the Lead Consultant Care Specialist serves as a knowledgeable resource to colleagues and business partners, helps coach, train, and mentor team members, and contributes to improving processes and service delivery across the function.

Working closely with Consultant Care leadership and cross-functional partners, this role requires the ability to anticipate issues, identify practical solutions, and move work forward with limited direction while knowing when leadership involvement is appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the full range of Consultant Care activities throughout the employment lifecycle, including more complex or sensitive matters requiring strong judgment and knowledge of company practices and employment requirements.
  • Take ownership of consultant matters from identification through resolution, proactively coordinating with appropriate partners and ensuring timely and accurate follow-through.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Consultant Care processes, policies, and practices and provide practical guidance to consultants, business partners, and team members.
  • Navigate complex consultant and employee relations matters with a high degree of independence, recognizing risk and appropriately involving Consultant Care leadership, Legal, Compliance, or other partners when needed.
  • Coach, train, and mentor Consultant Care team members, sharing knowledge and best practices and helping strengthen overall team capability.
  • Support benefits and leave administration, including complex leave, accommodation, Workers' Compensation, and return-to-work matters.
  • Apply working knowledge of workforce compliance requirements, including employment eligibility, wage and hour, paid sick leave, background screening, adverse action, employment documentation, and applicable reporting requirements.
  • Partner effectively across Recruiting, Delivery, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Operations, and other functions to resolve issues without requiring routine leadership intervention.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and completeness in consultant records, employment documentation, transactions, and other workforce administration.
  • Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and potential risks and recommend practical solutions rather than relying solely on leadership direction.
  • Help develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and other resources that promote consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Support audits, client implementations, process improvements, and other Consultant Care initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work West Coast business hours to support consultants and business operations across the Pacific Northwest.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Consultant Care, HR Operations, workforce operations, staffing, or a related field, including significant experience supporting consultant or contingent worker populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex consultant and employment-related matters from identification through resolution with limited direction.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment practices, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, wage and hour requirements, and workforce compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, assess risk, identify solutions, and determine when leadership or other functional involvement is appropriate.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of team capability.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to effectively resolve issues with business partners at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, diplomacy, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency with HR technology platforms and the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new systems.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn, ADP, Paychex, or similar ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oregon-based candidates are strongly preferred to support significant client operations in the region, including occasional onsite support as needed.
  • Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, MSP, employer of record (EOR), or other contingent workforce environments strongly preferred.
Why Join Infotree Global
  • Join a people-first culture that values innovation, collaboration, accountability, and exceptional service.
  • Competitive base salary of $65,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, and paid time off.
  • Ongoing training and mentorship to support your growth and success.
