HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Principal Consultants to lead the Principal Consultant team within GPS CareSolutions.

This delivery leadership role oversees senior practitioners across GuidingCare implementations, driving performance, career development and delivery excellence in complex payer engagements. You will mentor, coordinate assignments across engagements, collaborate with Directors and Delivery Managers, and contribute to hiring, scoping and best-practice development,

Formación

• 8+ years of healthcare technology delivery experience including GuidingCare implementations across care management, UM, A&G and data integration domains.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a team of Principal Consultants, providing performance coaching and day-to-day leadership.
• Coordinate Principal Consultant assignments across active engagements to align practitioner expertise with client needs.
• Partner with Directors, Delivery Managers and Project Managers to deploy Principal Consultants on high-complexity, high-risk workstreams.
• Drive practice development within the team, establishing delivery standards and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Support pre-sales and scoping efforts by deploying Principal Consultants in client discovery and SOW development.
• Mentor and develop direct reports through structured 1:1s and growth planning conversations.
