Qualifications

• Must have Georgia RN license.
• BSN preferred; graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Clinical Nurse; 2 years preferred and 6 months as Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the health care team with emphasis on patient care coordination and throughput; acts as clinical resource and discharge planning focus.
• Evaluates staff performance and coordinates orientation and education for new staff.
