Job summary

Austin is seeking an experienced Construction Planner – Capital Projects to lead the planning, scheduling, analysis, and progress tracking for major capital projects. You will drive timelines from bidding through final execution, coordinating with Civil, Mechanical, and I&E teams.

With 5+ years in industrial planning, you will use Primavera P6 and MS Project to deliver accurate schedules and clear management narratives, while ensuring data integrity and effective communication across the project

Qualifications

5+ years of dedicated planning and scheduling experience in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, and I&E disciplines is preferred.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project for schedule development and tracking.

Responsibilities

Schedule Development: Build baseline, as-built, and recovery schedules for complex capital projects.
Bidding Support: Develop preliminary bid schedules to identify strategic advantages.
Data Integrity: Design project schedules and contracts with data accuracy across the life cycle.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare monthly status reports for upper management detailing milestones and variances.
Project Team Support: Provide schedule narratives, data analysis, and time impact analyses.
