Job summary

Qnity in Newark, DE is seeking a Project Team Leader to manage capital projects ranging from $200,000 to $8 million, coordinating business engineering teams and design contractors.

You will evaluate non-capital alternatives, manage project resources, schedules, budgets, and scope changes, ensuring alignment with objectives and leading gatekeeping reviews and project economics validation. Strong leadership and manufacturing process understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, construction or engineering design preferred.
• Experience managing third-party contractors/suppliers and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate non-capital alternatives to capital expenditures.
• Accountable for project success and resource management.
• Lead gatekeeping reviews and ensure deliverables are met.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to satisfy business objectives.
• Interface between PLT and Business Unit Steering Team.
