The ideal candidate will have at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Knowledge of mechanical systems and leadership abilities are crucial for enhancing equipment reliability and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience supporting high-speed canning, filling, or packaging equipment.
• OEM certification(s) or advanced training on canning, filling, or seaming equipment.
• Ability to perform complex troubleshooting and major equipment repairs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for high-speed canning and related packaging systems.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and optimize equipment capabilities.
• Plan and execute major equipment overhauls and maintenance activities.
