Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in formal training and/or work experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in facilities or related field.
• Proficiency with CMMS, Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of custodial staff including recruitment, hire, development, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and releases.
• Approve payroll for assigned staff and coordinate HR/admin issues with Facilities Management Manager.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce regulations and PPE usage.
• Utilize CMMS to create, assign, and track work orders for custodial maintenance.
• Coordinate staffing for special events and capital project reviews with managers.
