Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in formal training and/or work experience in a university or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
• A minimum of five years previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills to direct a skilled labor team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct custodial staff and operations.
• Approve payroll and coordinate HR issues as requested by the Facilities Management Manager.
• Enforce safety guidelines and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Use CMMS to create, assign, and track work orders for custodial tasks.
• Coordinate staffing for events and special functions.
• Assist with capital projects and vendor proposals; work with project managers.
