Qualifications

• Three years of full-time carpentry, woodworking, or cabinetmaking experience.
• Diploma or certificate in carpentry may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• Full-time, non-exempt AFSCME position.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction for subordinates on emergencies and scheduling.
• Supervise 1–5 skilled tradesmen.
• Maintain and install walls, doors, ceilings, and related carpentry work.
• Inspect buildings and estimate job duration and materials.
• Draw up sketches and layouts for work.
