Job summary

Barksdale Federal Credit Union in Bossier City, LA is seeking a Lead Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional service to members by phone, email, and other channels, and to coach the Call Center team on issue resolution and policy adherence.

In this role you will handle member questions, account requests, complaints, and other service needs; you will work closely with the Manager to ensure the team has up-to-date information and support to serve members efficiently.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of related experience and/or training.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Lead Call Center Representative

Regular Full-Time Bossier City, LA, US

Summary: As a Lead Call Center Representative you'll provides excellent service to members and help support the Call Center team. This position handles member questions, account requests, complaints, and other service needs by phone, email, Internet, and other communication channels. You are also the go-to person for other Call Center Representatives when they need help with a member question, transaction, or difficult situation. This position works closely with the Manager to make sure the team has the information and support they need.

Job Requirements:

• Two to five years of similar related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Supervisory experience
• Proficiency in using computer applications and learning new software systems.
