Summary: As a Lead Call Center Representative you'll provides excellent service to members and help support the Call Center team. This position handles member questions, account requests, complaints, and other service needs by phone, email, Internet, and other communication channels. You are also the go-to person for other Call Center Representatives when they need help with a member question, transaction, or difficult situation. This position works closely with the Manager to make sure the team has the information and support they need.
