Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Loan Processor for a Louisiana credit union. You will handle member service throughout the lending process, from opening accounts to processing loan applications, interviews, and approvals.

You will promote products, manage deposits, and support members both electronically and in person, building loyalty and resolving inquiries with professionalism. A high school diploma and knowledge of financial products are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and credit union products.
• Knowledge of loan processing functions, requirements, and procedures.
• Previous experience at a full-service financial institution preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new software/systems.
