The position is full-time, onsite, with a 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu) and hours around 10.5 per day, plus occasional travel. Benefits include medical, dental/vision, life, disability, 401(k), and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in custom and finish cabinetry.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing an installation team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong blueprint and shop drawing interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct installation crews on residential job sites.
• Personally perform high-end cabinetry, countertop, and casework installations.
• Execute precise finish work (crown molding, scribes, miters, bevels).
• Assign teams to projects and coordinate finish trips and service work.
• Oversee daily job-site operations and make final quality decisions.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior installers.
• Coordinate job-site logistics for materials and tools.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
• Read and interpret blueprints and installation plans.
