Job summary
The Tailored Closet and Premier Garage of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a full-time Lead Installer with a background in cabinetry and carpentry to join our team for residential and light commercial installations. You will manage preparation, take precise measurements, install cabinetry, and lead a small crew while ensuring top-quality results.

Qualifications
- 3+ years installing cabinetry, trim carpentry, doors, drawers, and crown.
- Proficient with hand tools; tools provided.
- Ability to work independently or in a small team.
- Experience managing 1–2 installers.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional installation quality on all jobs.
- Prepare upcoming jobs with materials, designs, and scheduling.
- Conduct in-home installations and repairs as needed.
- Take precise measurements and explain processes to clients.
- Communicate clearly with customers and management.
- Lead a team of 1–2 installers.
- Complete installation paperwork daily.
- Install cabinetry and epoxy garage floors.
- Maintain warehouse and company vehicles.
- Follow safety regulations and job site certifications.
