Qualifications

• 5+ years of cabinetmaking/millwork experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient with shop machinery, hand tools, and reading shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in assembly of fixtures and displays
• Oversee multiple projects, delegate tasks, and maintain timelines
• Train and supervise production team on safety and quality standards
