Job summary

Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for Counter-UAS Emerging Threat & Risk Analysis to direct a team focused on identifying, assessing, and mitigating evolving UAS threats to critical infrastructure and national security.

The role emphasizes strategic risk analysis, threat modeling, and interagency coordination to defend against new UAS technologies and tactics. The ideal candidate will drive threat intelligence, policy support, and operational coordination with DHS and interagency partners,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in threat analysis, risk assessment, or intelligence operations.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong understanding of UAS technologies, RF spectrum, and layered defense strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and analysis of emerging UAS threats and develop risk models.
• Maintain and update UAS threat databases and intelligence products.
• Provide recommendations for policy development based on threat trends.
• Coordinate threat intelligence with interagency partners and DHS-led initiatives.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and private sector stakeholders to share threat intelligence.
• Develop scenarios and tabletop exercises to test defense plans.
• Prepare threat assessments and executive briefings for senior leadership.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track threat evolution.
