Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++ (C++14 or newer) and strong systems-level programming.
• Experience with complex data systems, file formats, or large-scale datasets.
• Proven ability to decompose requirements into defined tasks while balancing quality and complexity.
• Experience leading or mentoring software engineers on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop next-generation spatial data systems and high-performance run-time architectures in C++.
• Own and drive performance, data efficiency, and install speed across embedded resources.
• Design modular, scalable software architectures and review system designs.
• Evaluate new technologies for mapping and embedded system capabilities.
• Lead or contribute to project leadership and provide technical direction on product architecture.
