Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience leading a technical team.
• Deep expertise in Modern C++ (17/20/23): move semantics, constexpr, templates, etc.
• Strong Linux/POSIX environment experience.
• Proficiency with CMake / vcpkg and Git.
• Hands-on with concurrency and shared memory tools.
• Networking with ZeroMQ or similar; low-level sockets.
• Experience using AI coding tools to enhance workflow.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4-6 C++ and UI developers.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders.
• Make regular, hands-on code contributions.
• Coordinate with other technical teams across the organization.
