Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Lead Developer to join the core infrastructure team. You will design, develop and maintain high-performance components for a state-of-the-art electronic commodities and futures exchange.

The role requires 7+ years in C++ with a focus on multithreaded, low-latency systems and collaboration with product and QA teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of C++ development experience.
• Strong understanding of modern C++ & STL (C++11/14/17).
• Experience with development of multithreaded applications.
• Experience with low latency and high throughput systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and support components of the ICE Trading Platform.
• Follow team guidelines for quality and consistency in design and development.
• Independently handle builds and deployments.
• Create design documentation for new software development.
• Provide production support and deployment assistance.
