Department: Engineering | Service Center
Serves as a lead within the Business Operations Center (BOC) for the College of Engineering (COE), demonstrating extensive knowledge in procurement and assisting the supervisor with coordinating all procurement and travel requests. Responsible for all system approvals of procurement and travel transactions, ensuring compliance with COE's internal controls, segregation of duties, mandatory approvals, and reconciliations. Provides high-quality customer service, accuracy, and efficiency to COE faculty and staff, maintaining timely and accurate transaction processing. Trains BOC staff on work assignments, policies, and procedures. Works closely with fiscal officers to disseminate policies, resolve procurement and travel issues, and stay updated on policy changes. Contributes to workflow improvements and policy updates, and performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required.
Desired Qualifications: Associate degree in a relevant field may be preferred. 4 years of relevant experience required; 6 or more years preferred.

Hiring Range: $22.93 - $29.95
The actual salary will vary based on factors such as education, experience, and internal policies.
