Job summary

The Office of the State Controller (OSC) in North Carolina seeks a Business Systems Manager (NS) to lead the NCFS team that designs, configures and supports Oracle Financials Cloud ERP for the State. You will manage and mentor Business System Analysts II and III, guide sustainment efforts, and partner with business users and outside consultants to deliver effective financial solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and clear communication to ensure accuracy, efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field.
• Three years progressive experience, with at least one year supervisory.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience allowed.

Responsibilities

• Lead NCFS team members in solution design and system configuration.
• Coordinate agency outreach and engagement within NCFS Materials area (AP, Expenses, Procurement, Inventory, FA).
• Manage and mentor Business System Analysts II & III.
• Plan, monitor, and sustain NCFS efforts with the Division Director.
• Oversee cross-functional issue resolution and process adoption.
