The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years in business analysis and experience with Jira, Salesforce, or nCino is preferred. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 in a hybrid work setting in Montgomery County, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of progressive experience in business analysis, business process design, and requirements leadership; financial-services experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or providing direct oversight to a team of Business Analysts or comparable delivery professionals.
• Advanced, hands-on experience facilitating process mapping, requirements discovery, impact analysis, and stakeholder validation for cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight, prioritization, workload coordination, and quality review for a team of Business Analysts while remaining hands-on for the most complex initiatives.
• Set and reinforce Business Analysis standards, templates, quality expectations, signoff requirements, and lifecycle gates across the team.
• Lead structured discovery, including gathering, documenting, validating, and prioritizing business and technical requirements.
• Own backlog readiness and refinement by sequencing work and keeping unclear scope out of development.
• Partner with sponsors, business owners, Product or Platform Owners, Project Managers, Technology teams, and vendors to resolve ambiguity and maintain delivery alignment.
• Maintain requirements alignment through build, testing, and implementation by supporting technical clarification and testing readiness.
