CBRE is seeking a Lead Business Operations/Contracts Supervisor in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will oversee the team delivering administrative contract support, ensuring vendor and partner relationships run smoothly and in compliance.
The role is hybrid with three days in office and two days remote, with some regional travel. You will set team goals, review contracts, monitor performance, and mentor staff while ensuring adherence to policies and processes.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lead Business Ops/Contracts Supervisor position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Lead Business Ops/Contracts Supervisor position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
